Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our airport official team, who will assist you with your visa and luggage, as well as provide some welcoming refreshments. Your driver-guide will then take you to your hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.
Arusha is a city in northern Tanzania, serving as the capital of the Arusha Region, with a population of approximately 416,442, along with an additional 323,198 in the surrounding Arusha District. Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru, it lies on the eastern edge of the Great Rift Valley. The city enjoys a temperate climate and is conveniently located near several renowned destinations, including Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Tarangire National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Arusha National Park on Mount Meru.
DAY 2
Tarangire National Park
Start your day with breakfast at the lodge, followed by a morning walking safari in Tarangire National Park, accompanied by an armed ranger. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive until lunchtime, when your driver will prepare a table for a full hot meal. You’ll savor soup, bread rolls, a main dish, and fruit salad, complemented by a choice of wine, tea, or coffee. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Tarangire National Park spans approximately 2,600 square kilometers and boasts some of the highest wildlife concentrations during the dry season, second only to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area. The park is situated south of the expansive grass plains of southern Maasai land and gets its name from the Tarangire River, which provides a vital water source for the local wildlife.
DAY 3
Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast at the lodge, embark on a morning walking safari in Lake Manyara National Park, escorted by an armed ranger. Following this, enjoy a game drive in the park until the afternoon. At lunchtime, your driver will prepare a table for a full hot meal, featuring soup, bread rolls, a main dish, and fruit salad, accompanied by a choice of wine, tea, or coffee. After lunch, continue your game drive until evening. Then, drive back to the lodge for dinner, followed by a night game drive before returning for your overnight stay.
Lake Manyara National Park is an excellent introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife, boasting over 400 recorded species. Even first-time visitors to Africa can expect to see around 100 species in a single day. Inland from the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is home to Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions and impressive tusked elephants.
DAY 4
Central Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park in hopes of witnessing the great migration. In the afternoon, your driver will prepare a lovely setting for a full hot meal lunch, featuring soup, bread rolls, a main dish, and fruit salad, along with your choice of wine, tea, or coffee. During this time, you may encounter other guests from different companies enjoying simpler cold lunches, while you experience a 5-star service.
After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive focused on the great migration. In the evening, check into the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Serengeti National Park is renowned for its diverse resident wildlife, particularly the "Big Five," which are the most sought-after trophies for hunters. It is believed to have the largest lion population in Africa, with over 3,000 lions thriving in this rich ecosystem, thanks in part to the abundance of prey species.
DAY 5
Central Serengeti National Park
Today, you'll embark on a hot air balloon safari. You'll be picked up from the lodge at 5:00 AM for the balloon ride. After landing, enjoy a celebratory champagne toast followed by a delicious breakfast.
Once you’re refreshed, continue with a game drive in the Central Serengeti, specifically the Seronera area, until lunchtime. In the afternoon, your driver will prepare a lovely setting for a full hot meal, featuring soup, bread rolls, a main dish, and fruit salad, along with your choice of wine, tea, or coffee.
Later in the afternoon, return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Even during quieter times of migration, the Serengeti provides some of the best game-viewing in Africa. You'll encounter large herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, as well as thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant’s gazelle. Explore diverse habitats, including swamps, woodlands, soda lakes, and the famous Serengeti short grass plains, where you can witness impressive herds of wildebeest and zebras.
DAY 6
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast at the lodge, embark on a game drive in Central Serengeti National Park, where you'll search for big cats and the Big Five. In the afternoon, your driver will prepare a delightful table for a full hot meal, featuring soup, bread rolls, a main dish, and fruit salad, accompanied by your choice of wine, tea, or coffee.
Later in the afternoon, drive to Ngorongoro and check into the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
The wild animals of this region embody the essence of Africa, fostering a unique understanding that humans have yet to fully grasp.
Today, Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and the Masai Mara National Reserve across the border in Kenya collectively protect the largest and most diverse array of terrestrial wildlife on the planet, as well as one of the last remaining great migratory systems.
DAY 7 END OF YOUR SAFARI
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast at the lodge, embark on a full-day game drive in Ngorongoro Crater. Your driver will set up a shaded area under the vehicle for a delicious hot meal lunch, featuring soup, bread rolls, a main dish, and fruit salad, accompanied by your choice of wine, tea, or coffee.
Following lunch, continue your game drive until late afternoon. Afterward, drive back to Arusha and be dropped off at the airport.
The crown jewel of Ngorongoro is its deep volcanic crater, the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world. Spanning about 20 km across, 600 m deep, and covering an area of 300 sq km, the Ngorongoro Crater is truly a breathtaking natural wonder. You’ll also visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake located in the southwestern corner of the crater, where you can often see a variety of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds.
